Welcome to
Wilshire Park
Wilshire Park is a small community west of downtown Los Angeles, bounded by Wilshire, Olympic, Wilton and Crenshaw. On November 5, 2008, Los Angeles City Council approved the nomination of Wilshire Park as an Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ).
The Wilshire Park Association is a California (501)(c)(3) non-profit organization, devoted to connecting with our neighbors through community events as well as maintaining the beauty of our historic neighborhood nestled in the heart of mid-city Los Angeles.

The association has formed a Neighborhood Watch program with block captains for each block. The purpose of the Neighborhood Watch is to improve communication between neighbors, and increase safety and security in the neighborhood. Each Block Captain will be coordinating meetings and activities for each block to that end. Block captains are noted on our Officers and Committee page.
